  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

 

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Rice Noodles:
    • Cook the wide rice noodles according to package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
